The Accreditation Commission is an independent and permanently functioning collegial body authorized to review the conclusions prepared on the basis of the final report submitted by the expert commission and to adopt the final decision on granting state accreditation to an educational institution (or its educational program).
The Commission is chaired by the Director of the Agency, and the Secretary is responsible for organizing meetings and ensuring the order of documents. Decisions are made by open voting.
Each member submits a declaration of neutrality before use. The composition is subject to change in the event of a conflict of interest or impartiality.
The Commission reviews the accreditation reports within a month and, if necessary, requests additional information or experts. The final decision and summary reports are published in the report, which ensures the consistency and reliability of the process of improving the quality of education.
The Commission directs the work of the Commission, organizes meetings and decision-making. It monitors the consistency, impartiality and transparency of decisions.
The duties of members are to make decisions on educational organizations, develop reports, make strategic recommendations, participate in the consideration of appeals and provide information to the meeting.
Members are obliged to ensure the security of all information. In their activities, they follow international experience, products aimed at improving the quality of education and innovation.
