Deputy Director, British Council Uzbekistan
A distinguished education specialist with more than 25 years of experience in language education, education policy, and international programme management. She holds a PhD in Linguistics and has led major international initiatives in teacher education, English language teaching, inclusive education, university governance, and transnational education. Throughout her career, she has played an active role in advancing educational quality and fostering international cooperation across Central Asia. Her research has been published in international academic journals, and she has presented at numerous international conferences. She currently coordinates international partnerships and institutional development programmes as Deputy Director of British Council Uzbekistan.
