Established on the basis of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PR-275 dated September 8, 2025, it is a central state body responsible for establishing, developing, and coordinating quality assurance, assessment, and accreditation processes in the country's education system based on international standards.
The primary goal of the Agency is to modernize the education system of Uzbekistan in accordance with international standards, improve the quality of educational services, and ensure efficiency at all levels. To this end, the Agency forms a unified system for the comprehensive assessment of secondary specialized, vocational, higher, and postgraduate educational organizations, their state accreditation, and the implementation of internal and external quality control.
