Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education
PhD in Economics. Graduated from Tashkent Financial Institute with bachelor's and master's degrees. He has extensive experience in public finance, international cooperation, investment policy, and higher education management. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions within the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade, and the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions of Uzbekistan. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Vice-Rector for Innovation and Research at New Uzbekistan University. In 2024, he completed professional training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA) on developing innovation ecosystems in universities. He currently leads national reforms aimed at strengthening education quality assurance, accreditation systems, and the implementation of international standards in education.
