Deputy Minister of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor with extensive experience in higher education and public administration. Throughout her career, she has served as a lecturer, department head, academic lyceum director, and vice-rector. Her expertise covers educational management, youth development, legal culture, and vocational education. She is the author of more than 150 scientific publications, monographs, and methodological resources. In public service, she has contributed to the development of numerous legal and regulatory frameworks related to employment, labour relations, and social protection. She currently plays an active role in implementing policies aimed at employment promotion and social development.
