Throughout his career, he has worked extensively on educational quality assessment, institutional development, accreditation systems, and quality management frameworks. He possesses significant expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance systems aligned with international standards, including ESG and EQAVET. He has contributed to education reform and modernization projects in collaboration with international organizations such as the World Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, and Helvetas. In his current role within the VET4UZ Project, he supports the development of sustainable quality management systems and the integration of international best practices in vocational education institutions.
