Professor Olgun Cicek is an internationally recognized expert in higher education governance, business education, quality assurance, and accreditation, with more than three decades of professional and academic experience. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with universities, accreditation agencies, ministries, and professional organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has served in various leadership positions, including department chair, dean, vice-rector, and member of university governing bodies. His expertise encompasses institutional accreditation, external quality review, and the development of quality assurance systems. He currently serves as a Board Director of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), contributing to the advancement of international quality standards and the promotion of quality culture worldwide.
