Doctor of Science (DSc) in Philology and Professor with more than 20 years of professional experience in education, science, and innovation. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in higher education development, international cooperation, human capital development, and the integration of science and education. During her service in the Ministry of Innovative Development, she actively contributed to initiatives aimed at supporting research activities and strengthening the national innovation ecosystem. In her current role, she is responsible for developing accreditation methodologies, training and capacity building of experts, managing the national expert registry, and advancing quality assurance mechanisms within the national accreditation system.
