First Deputy Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education and Deputy Chair of the Accreditation Commission
PhD in Pedagogical Sciences with extensive experience in educational management, quality assurance, and education reform. He studied at Tashkent State University of Economics and the National University of Uzbekistan. Throughout his professional career, he has held academic and leadership positions across general secondary, vocational, and higher education sectors. He has also contributed to the development and implementation of education policies and reform initiatives through his work at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Education Projects Centre. As First Deputy Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education, he plays a key role in strengthening accreditation processes, enhancing quality assessment mechanisms, and promoting a culture of quality across educational institutions.
