First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
An experienced specialist in public administration and educational quality assurance. He completed both his bachelor's and master's studies at Westminster International University in Tashkent. During his professional career, he has held leadership positions in the private sector, Tashkent City Administration, the State Testing Center, and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education. He has actively contributed to major reforms in licensing, accreditation, and quality assessment systems. Currently, he oversees initiatives focused on the modernization of higher and vocational education, strengthening research capacity, and aligning the education system with international standards.
