As part of the Graduate quality index (GQI), graduates’ outcomes in the labor market were also analyzed by gender.
The results reveal an interesting picture.
According to BSI data (bsi.nqaae.uz (https://bsi.nqaae.uz/)), the employment rate among female graduates was 85.1%, compared with 80.4% among male graduates. On average, female graduates found employment within 2 months, while male graduates took 3 months.
However, the picture is different when it comes to average salaries: male graduates earned an average of 6 million soums, while female graduates earned 3.9 million soums.
An analysis of the TOP 5 fields where graduates demonstrated the strongest labor market outcomes shows the following:

Among female graduates:
➖ Transport services
➖ Mathematics and statistics
➖ Education
➖ Business and management
➖ Humanities
Among male graduates:

➖ Business and management
➖ Healthcare
➖ Arts
