Tasks

Takes measures to improve effectiveness and ensure timely execution of tasks in the following areas:

  • Maintaining the national ranking of education institutions based on comparative benchmarking of the quality of teaching and learning processes and research activities within education institutions;
  • Conducting the Nationwide Employers’ Survey to assess graduates’ knowledge and skills and to examine their alignment with the requirements of the modern labour market;
  • Conducting the Nationwide Student Survey aimed at collecting the views of pupils and students of education institutions regarding the quality of education;
  • Developing and operating electronic platforms that support the systems maintained by the Agency in implementing its functions;
  • Engaging local and international experts, as well as representatives of republican executive authorities, local government bodies, education institutions, and other organizations, and establishing expert commissions and working groups with their participation;
  • Training experts and enhancing their professional capacity;
  • Maintaining relevant registries and creating user-friendly access to open data for the public, and other duties.

Professional Experience

Raximboyev Sardor Qahramonovich was born on 16 June 1985 in Tashkent Region, Uzbek by nationality, has higher education, is married, and has two children.

  • 2008–2008 — First Category Specialist; Leading Specialist, Tashkent Regional Statistics Department, State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 2009–2009 — First Category Economist; Leading Specialist, State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 2009–2010 — Leading Specialist, Main Department of Economy, Hokimiyat of Tashkent Region.
  • 2010–2015 — Assistant; Senior Lecturer; Deputy Dean, Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
  • 2015–2019 — Chief Specialist, Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 2020–2022 — Chief Specialist; Head of Service, State Unitary Enterprise “Innovation, Technology and Strategy Center.”
  • 2022–2023 — Head of Department, Ministry of Public Education.
  • 2023–2025 — Head of Division; Head of Directorate; Acting Department Director, Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
  • Since 18 September 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Director of the National Quality Assurance Agency for Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
