Abdullayev Amirulla Hazratovich was born on 23 December 1980 in Syrdarya Region, Uzbek by nationality, has higher education, is married, and has three children.
- In 2001, he successfully graduated from Guliston State University with a bachelor’s degree.
- In 2010, he successfully completed a master’s degree at Hiroshima University.
- In 2002, he began his career as an English Language Teacher at the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an English Language Teacher at Westminster International University in Tashkent.
- From 2010 to 2012, he worked at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent as Head of the Academic Linguistics Center and Acting Dean.
- From 2014 to 2018, he worked as Manager of the Continuing Education Center at INHA University.
- From 2018 to 2019, he served as Director of the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Specialized School.
- From 2019 to 2021, he served as Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of Presidential, Creative, and Specialized Schools under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- From 2021 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Astrum IT Academy.
- From 2023 to 2024, he worked as Manager at Tashkent International University of Education.
- In 2025, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the American University of Technology.
