An analysis was conducted of the effectiveness of the development, distribution and implementation of admission quotas for technical schools for the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to the analysis, the most popular field of study nationwide is automotive repair and maintenance. Of the 249,130 applicants to technical schools, 50,208 — or 20.2% — applied for this field.

The analysis also identified fields that are particularly in demand in specific regions:

➖ In Tashkent City — computer systems programming;

➖ In Samarkand Region — hairdressing;

➖ In Surkhandarya Region — rescue services;

➖ In Fergana Region — design of sewing products;

➖ In Tashkent Region — chemical production laboratory technician;

➖ In Navoi Region — crushing and sorting of minerals.
