Based on the results of the 2026 National Student Survey, an analytical review of the educational environment was prepared.
While the overall results showed a predominance of positive assessments, students also highlighted a number of issues related to employment support, fairness in assessment, digital services, classrooms and laboratories, and living conditions.
As part of the efforts to review and respond to student feedback, the following measures were taken:
- 162 notices were sent to higher education institutions where negative results were recorded, with corrective action plans developed to address the identified shortcomings.
- The Graduate Quality Index (GQI/BSI) was developed to assess graduates’ outcomes in the labour market. By promoting healthy competition among higher education institutions, the initiative aims to strengthen support for students and improve the quality of graduate outcomes.
- Targeted professional internships at foreign organisations were introduced for higher education institution staff to support the exchange of international experience and strengthen professional capacity.
These measures do not mean that all identified issues have been fully resolved. Their effectiveness will ultimately be reflected in tangible, long-term improvements in students’ opportunities and educational experience.
