Today, a seminar-training titled “Strengthening Quality Assurance in Higher Education in Uzbekistan: AMBA & BGA Experience” was held in cooperation with the Association of MBAs and the Business Graduates Association (AMBA & BGA).
The event brought together senior representatives of higher education institutions, staff responsible for quality assurance, and international experts.
During the seminar, key issues were discussed, including ensuring quality in higher education in the field of business, processes for obtaining international accreditation of educational programs in line with AMBA & BGA standards, institutional development strategies for universities, and aligning academic programs with global standards and labor market demands.
Participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with international experts and exchange views on the latest trends and requirements in business education.
Throughout the day, several sessions were organized focusing on international best practices, collaboration with British business schools, quality assurance mechanisms in education, and innovative approaches.
In particular, leading AMBA & BGA experts, such as Debbie Kemp and Richard Turner, delivered presentations and conducted interactive Q&A sessions, roundtable discussions, and exchanges.
Additionally, a certificate awarding ceremony was held for higher education institutions that have become members of AMBA & BGA.
It is worth noting that this initiative represents an important step toward enhancing the international recognition of Uzbekistan’s higher education system.
