On the occasion of 23 June – Civil Service Employees’ Day, the Agency organized a “Zakovat” intellectual quiz competition, as well as chess and checkers tournaments, aimed at enhancing employees’ reading culture, developing their intellectual potential, and strengthening their logical and strategic thinking skills.

These events served not only to improve the professional knowledge and competencies of civil servants, but also to enrich their spiritual and educational outlook, foster a healthy competitive environment, and strengthen team cohesion.

During the “Zakovat” intellectual game, participants demonstrated their knowledge and intellectual abilities by answering questions covering a wide range of topics, including science, national and world history, literature, culture, public administration, and contemporary development trends. The competition was both dynamic and highly engaging, testing participants’ abilities to think critically, analyze information, and make sound decisions under pressure.

In addition, the chess and checkers tournaments were conducted at a high organizational level. Participants showcased their strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to anticipate future developments. The competitions were held in a friendly atmosphere based on the principles of fair play, mutual respect, and healthy rivalry.

Special attention was also given to promoting a culture of reading among civil servants and encouraging greater engagement with books, learning, and intellectual development. Today, cultivating highly educated, broad-minded, and intellectually capable civil servants is recognized as one of the key factors in improving the effectiveness of public administration.

These events contributed to enhancing the prestige of public service, promoting the meaningful use of employees’ leisure time, strengthening their intellectual and spiritual capacity, and fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
