According to the preliminary modeling results conducted under the Graduate Quality Index, covering 242,600 graduates from 114 higher education institutions, the following indicators were recorded:

➖ Employment rate: 75%
➖ Average monthly salary: UZS 5.1 million
➖ Average time to employment: 2 months and 1 day
➖ 60.1% of graduates maintained stable employment for at least 4 months

The highest average salaries were recorded in the following fields:

➖ Business and Management – UZS 8.5 million
➖ Law – UZS 7.3 million
➖ Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) – UZS 6.8 million

The highest Graduate Quality Index scores were achieved in:

➖ Mathematics and Statistics – 69.6 points
➖ Education – 66.7 points
➖ Business and Management – 63.9 points

Based on the Index results, the Top 20 university career centers demonstrating the strongest performance will each receive UZS 500 million in incentives.

These figures represent preliminary modeling results based on an 8-month tracking period. The final Graduate Quality Index results, based on 12 months of data, will be announced in August 2025.
