As part of preparations for the new academic year at technical colleges, an “August council” seminar and training session was held under the theme “Modern vocational education — quality, digitalisation and international integration.”

The event brought together representatives of international organisations, foreign experts, employers and the vocational education sector.

The discussions focused on quality assurance and assessment in vocational education, aligning educational programmes with the evolving needs of the labour market, and adopting international best practices.

Particular attention was given to plans for the 2026/2027 academic year, including the state accreditation of 2,060 educational programmes and 90 technical colleges.
