The National Quality Assurance Agency for Education continues to conduct internal professional development courses aimed at continuously enhancing employees’ professional knowledge and skills, as well as developing unified methodological approaches to modern educational processes and assessment mechanisms.

These training sessions are designed to deepen employees’ knowledge in their respective areas of responsibility, strengthen their practical skills, and develop competencies for effectively applying modern approaches in education quality assessment and accreditation processes.

As part of the latest seminar-training session, Mansur Sultonov, Head of the Accreditation Process Planning and Results Documentation Group, conducted a training session on “The ECTS Credit-Mobility System.”

During the training, participants received detailed information on the substance and significance of the credit-modular system, its role in organizing the educational process, the assessment of learning outcomes, and aspects related to determining students’ academic workload. Particular attention was also paid to the close relationship between the ECTS system and the development of educational programmes, academic planning, and education quality assurance processes.

In addition, Obid Sarmanov, Head of the Quality Assessment Group for Secondary Specialized and Vocational Education Institutions, conducted a session on “State Educational Standards, Educational Classifiers, Educational Programmes, Curricula and Syllabi.” The session covered the importance of state educational standards and educational classifiers in regulating the educational process, the development and structuring of educational programmes, as well as the interrelationship between curricula and syllabi.

Throughout the training sessions, particular attention was paid to consolidating employees’ knowledge through practical examples and discussions alongside theoretical presentations.

Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions on the topics covered and received detailed answers from the trainers.
