Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou is an internationally recognized higher education leader with nearly 25 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, institutional strategy, governance, digital transformation, and e-learning.
She is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS), established in 2012 to support higher education institutions through capacity building, consulting, training, and strategic development. Under her leadership, CLICKS has trained more than 30,000 higher education professionals from over 40 countries and collaborated with more than 220 universities, higher education organizations, and international partners.
Dr. Hadj-Hamou has extensive expertise in institutional quality assurance, accreditation, strategic planning, organizational development, and online education. Since 2012, she has chaired and served on more than 50 institutional and program accreditation review panels across national and regional quality assurance frameworks.
Prior to founding CLICKS, she served as Assistant Chancellor for Learning and Academic Development (Provost) at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, where she led the academic and e-learning strategy of the UAE's first accredited online university.
She is a frequent international keynote speaker, having delivered more than 160 keynote presentations and facilitated over 300 professional workshops. She also serves on several international advisory boards, including the Times Higher Education (THE) Arab University Rankings Advisory Board.
