An internationally recognized scholar specializing in Oriental Studies, Religious Studies, and Central Asian Studies. She studied at the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, the University of Warsaw, and Indiana University, where she completed her doctoral studies. During her academic career, she has conducted research and taught at Stanford University, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the history of Central Asia, religious developments, cultural heritage, and social transformation. As the author of numerous scholarly publications, she has gained international recognition within the academic community.
