The age profile of teaching staff at academic lyceums is an important indicator of the education system’s human resource capacity.
Currently, a total of 3,218 teachers work at academic lyceums on a full-time and internal part-time basis. Of these, 1,682 teachers, or 52.4%, are under the age of 40.
The breakdown is as follows:
➖ 796 teachers — under 30 years of age;
➖ 886 teachers — aged 30–39.
These figures highlight the significant share of younger professionals among academic lyceum teaching staff, while reflecting the contribution of educators from different age groups to the teaching and learning process.
