Dr. Christine Qi is an experienced quality assurance leader with nearly 20 years of expertise in Hong Kong’s higher education sector, specializing in academic accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional quality enhancement for self-financing education and training providers.

As Director of Academic Accreditation and Assessment at the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), she leads academic accreditation exercises, collaborates closely with higher education institutions to strengthen quality assurance and continuous improvement processes, and contributes to consultancy projects supporting institutional development. She also plays a leading role in advancing digital transformation and knowledge management initiatives within HKCAAVQ, promoting innovation and operational excellence.

Dr. Qi has extensive experience in teaching, academic programme development, and educational management.
