Core Requirements
  1. Experience working in government institutions is required; experience in higher education institutions is considered an advantage;
  2. Understanding of the education system, including assessment and ranking processes;
  3. Skills in working with regulatory and legal documents (development of legislative initiatives, drafting and analysis of regulatory acts);
  4. Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to draw conclusions based on data;
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, or similar tools;
  6. Ability to work with large datasets, including data processing and analysis;
  7. Proficiency in foreign languages (English is preferred);
  8. High level of responsibility, ability to work systematically, and result-oriented mindset;
  9. Knowledge of and interest in public administration, education policy, and international ranking systems.
