Core Requirements

2. Good command of English for reading technical documentation, communication, and working with modern digital platforms.
3. Practical knowledge of coding and programming, with the ability to understand, write, or review technical solutions.

5. Experience working with AI systems, including the use, adaptation, and improvement of AI-based tools for operational tasks.
6. Understanding of AI training processes, including data preparation, model or workflow tuning, testing, prompt design, and evaluation of output quality.
7. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and readiness to learn new technologies quickly.

9. Ability to monitor processes, prepare reports, and ensure quality control and compliance within assigned responsibilities.
